Amerplastics has the experience and know how to design, calculate and visualize every GRE pipesystem in detail.  We use modern and up to date software for the design of above ground pipesystems (Plant 4D), the calculation of procesflow (Fluidflow) and the making of stressanalysis (CAESAR-II and design space) .For buried pipesystems we can offer our customers a soil load calculation according tot AWWA guidelines.

The newest development in the field of measurement is 3D-laserscans. Laser scans are very suitable for the measurements of on site complex projects. The other advantage of laser scanning is measuring without contact on large distance from dangerous objects that are in operation like petrochemical installations. However a very precise measurement can be made without interrupting the users or owners. After making the scan the results will be used as a ‘’blue print’’ for the 3D piping software package (Plant 4D). By selecting a part of the piping system, an isometric can be withdrawn. The isometrics will be generated from the 3D model.
